Returns
Thirty days, unopened
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened products in their original packaging and condition.
As these are luxury formulations, we cannot accept opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Starting a return
Returns are handled by Shop Vilasi. To start a return, contact Shop Vilasi with your order number and the product you would like to return; they will confirm the details and take it from there.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
